Quality is like a Blood of Rubber units and it should pass through every nook and corner of the company. For the first step in Quality conscious we moved for ISO.  Moody International  has certified Nu-Tech Rubber Products as an ISO 9001 : 2000 company with effect from November 18, 2002. Nu-Tech Rubber Products is also planning to achieve TS 16949: 2002 certification next year.

In order to maintain pace with the ever demanding & continuous changing quality system standards, as well as to meet the Global Customers' expectations; we have to achieve the certification of TS 16949: 2002. This standard avoids multiple certification audits as it is recognized all around the globe.

Quality Assurance Department
In order to meet the stringent quality requirements of the customers, the Company has established a well suited Quality Assurance Department with state-of-the-art facilities. The facilities include high-end testing equipments like Oscillating Disc Rheometer, Profile Projector and so on. Nu-tech ensures that each and every product rolling out of its plants meets all its stringent quality standards developed and evolved over a period of time with the aid of the most skillfull and experienced people in the industry.

• Polymer Testing Equipment :
The process of mixing is subject to variations due to ingredients, machinery, man leads to batch variation, as the compound is mixed in batches.

Randomly selected batches are subjected to Rheometeric analysis, one could in a large sample size, workout upper and lower control limits, range, mean and standard deviation, with reference to Rheological parameters along with Pass/Fail criteria.

A compounder can use it to his advantage in areas like development of new compound, rationalization of existing compound both in terms of quality and economics, optimization of curing process in the manufacturing process to get a better yield.
• Profile Projector :
Importance:
For critical and small components error may come in manual inspection and to avoid this PP plays the role.

In this we can zoom the components using magnifier and check the angle, thread pitch, ID, OD etc., very clearly without error.
• Universal Testing Machine : 
Importance:
Physical properties such as Tensile Strength,Elongation,Modulus etc., of the Rubber Compound can be tested using UTM.

Rubber compound slabs are cured and dumbbell samples cutted using dumbbell cutter. 
• Electrical Strength Test:
Importance:
Electrical properties such as Electrical Rιsistance, Dielectric Strength etc., of the Rubber Products and Sheets can be tested.

Electrical applications requires above mentioned properties. 
• AUTOMATIC OZONE ENVIRONMENT TEST CHAMBER:
To strengthen our testing facilities, we have procured Automatic Ozone Environment Test Chamber.

Among the ageing phenomena is the formation of cracks on the surface of extended samples which are caused by Ozone in the presence of Oxygen. This phenomenon is investigated in Ozone Radiation chambers, weatherometers or through weathering outside. The latter two methods include other influences such as water and Ozone. So this chamber is suitable for testing crack formation.
Function:
The stretched rubber sample is exposed to a stream of air containing ozone. Ozone is generated by subjecting the air to silent electric discharge. The Ozone level is controlled by L2-LC Ozone Analyzer.L2-LC Ozone Analyzer is an ultraviolet (UV) absorption analyzer designed for the monitoring of low concentrations of Ozone in the Gaseous phase. Static as well as dynamic both tests can be done.
